Policies

Reservations: A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. We do not accept cash, all three majors credit cards are accepted.

​Cancellation: A $75 cancel fee is applied if canceled up to 7 days prior. The full amount is not refundable after that unless we re-book the room. Special Events/Conventions must be canceled 30 days prior. Group reservation: 30 days prior. A reservation made for more than one week has to be canceled by 14 days prior.

EVERY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL PAYMENT EVEN IF ARRIVING LATE OR LEAVING EARLY.

Check in is at 3:30-7PM. Check-Out is at 11:00 am. A $10 FEE will be charged for each hour you remain past the 11:00 AM check out time. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS must be made and confirmed with the office to secure a late check out time.

Breakfast:  We provide vouchers for each guest to receive a freshly made from scratch breakfast in our sister Cafe, Courtyard Cafe, located directly below the B&B! You may enjoy your breakfast down in the cafe or have your breakfast delivered to your room!

Parking: Free Parking lot directly behind B&B, look for designated room signs.

Baths: Private Full Bath

Rates Based on Single or Double Occupancy (Taxes are not included). PRICES MAY VARY IN HIGH SEASON

WE ARE A SMOKE FREE B&B.

Cigarettes, cigars, incense and candles are not permitted in the guest rooms and common areas. Please respect this aspect of the B&B.​​

​​*** $100.00 will be charged RIGHT AWAY if you smoke inside the room.

Extra fees will be applied for cleaning and any removal of any smell of smoke in the rooms. If the room requires repainting, the fee shall be $500.00 up to a maximum of $1,000.00.

Damage to the property – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the B&B's property or structure. Should this damage become known after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card without notice. There are no exceptions!

THE B&B IS A QUIET PLACE TO RELAX AND ENJOY.

We ask that you be especially quiet (including the deck) BEFORE 10 AM AND AFTER 10 PM.

KIDS: We do not allow kiddos under the age of 8.

PETS: We love pets, but we do not allow your furry friends into our B&B

Left Behind Items.

WE DO NOT SHIP LEFT BEHIND ITEMS. It will be the responsibility of the guest to immediately contact the office to notify the staff of a left-behind item. The guest will make arrangements to have it picked up and shipped to their home.
